All-American Care – A patient-centered concept of care that focuses on restoring patients to their highest level of functioning. A restorative care model eliminates wasteful business practices, lowers costs by eliminating irrelevant medication, testing and treatment, improves morale, and reduces staff turnover and absenteeism. All-American Care uses a case management approach, resulting in positive patient outcomes, discharges back to the community or improvements in the functionality of patients who need to reside in nursing homes.

Dorotha C. White Foundation – The mission of the Dorotha C. White Foundation is to improve the quality of life in nursing homes by restoring Elderpride. The Foundation's call to action is to educate and inform families and consumers, owners and providers, and government to create a non-partisan, grassroots social and political movement for change.

"Noreen Kelly volunteered her PR services for Infinity Foundation's 10th anniversary and really helped us get the word out. She is highly organized and systematically contacted a variety of media, securing stories in several publications. She was responsive, thoughtful, communicative, informative, and timely in updating her progress. Most of all, she is a pleasure to work with: professional, friendly and skilled. I highly recommend her services without reservation."
