“Trust one who has gone through it.” – Virgil, The Aeneid

About Trust Matters Group

Trust Matters Group helps organizations create a culture that allows for successful, trusting relationships and, therefore, success in the marketplace. It is the intangibles that make trust critical to the bottom line:

  • Trusting relationships help increase profitability, market value and competitive advantage, lower costs, and provide greater efficiencies.
  • Creating a bond of trust between managers and employees leads to an increase in morale, lower turnover and improved productivity. The better you communicate and trust, the better your ROI.
  • Partnerships based on trust provide the greatest value to customers at the lowest cost.

The Trust Matters Group Logo encompasses both Business and Spirit. It is an abstract expression of the Celtic symbol, which represents wholeness, oneness, interrelatedness, continuity and community. Turquoise, a grounding energy and powerful protector, represents the holistic/whole system. In this worldview, everything is interconnected, bringing about a harmonious balance and an underlying order to chaos. The Logo symbolizes fluidity, flexibility and consistency.
